What you need to know
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Pro is month-to-month and you can cancel from your account page at any time. You keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
What counts as a question?
Each generated interview question you practice with counts once. Basic includes 3 a month, resetting at the start of each monthly period. Pro is unlimited.
What happens to my data?
Audio recordings are deleted immediately after transcription; we never store them. If you log in, we save your interview history so you can revisit it from your dashboard.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The Basic plan is free and requires no card. You only enter payment details if you upgrade to Pro.
