Subscriptions

Access to certain features of our service is provided through a monthly subscription model. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis. Each subscription renews automatically under the same conditions unless it is cancelled by the user or terminated by us. To cancel, you may adjust your settings in your account or reach out to our customer support. We require a valid payment method for processing subscription payments. By submitting your payment details, you authorize us to charge all fees incurred through your account to this payment method.

Fee Changes

Subscription fees are subject to change at our discretion. Any adjustments to subscription fees will be implemented at the start of the subsequent billing period. We commit to providing ample notice of any changes in fees, giving you the opportunity to cancel your subscription before the new fees are applied. Continued use of our service after a fee adjustment signifies your acceptance of the new subscription terms.

Refunds

Except as required by law, subscription fees are non-refundable. We encourage our users to utilize the free version of our service to ensure it meets their needs before subscribing to the paid version.

While our Pro plan offers 'unlimited questions', this is subject to a fair usage policy to prevent abuse. Usage exceeding 1,000 questions per month may be considered excessive and could result in restrictions or the need for additional agreements. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Interviews by AI shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use our services.
